Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging Nexify Creative for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use our services.
Our Services
We provide creative and digital services including:
- Video production, branding and graphic design
- Web development, AI solutions and business solutions
- Social media management, marketing and advertising
The exact scope, timeline and deliverables of every project are agreed in writing before work begins.
Payments & Refunds
Projects begin after a confirmed quote and an advance payment. The remaining balance is due on delivery. Once work has started, advance payments are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
Final deliverables become your property after full payment. Nexify Creative may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client Responsibilities
To keep your project on schedule, we ask that you:
- Provide content, logins and brand assets on time
- Share feedback within the agreed review period
- Make sure any material you send us is yours to use
Limitation of Liability
Nexify Creative is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data, arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the related project.
